According to the sources Hrithik Roshan has been gaining muscle weight for his upcoming movie which is a remake of 80s blockbuster Agneepath.
The versatile actor has been on a weight gaining spree in the last year for his role in Guzaarish and now for Agneepath but the difference is that for Guzaarish he had to sport a paunch whereas for Agneepath he has to increase his muscle weight and lose the extra fat. And the actor is not leaving any stones unturned for achieving his new look for his role of Vijay Chauhan in the movie.
According to his fitness trainer Satyajit Chaurasia, Hrithik has been working very hard to gain the muscle weight and has been
training for two hours daily. He has been put on a diet of two chicken breasts alternating with fish, twenty egg whites, protein shakes, amino acids and multivitamins.
The actor’s seriousness about his look can be judged from the fact that even if if he finishes his daily schedule at 1 am, he would train till 3 am just to keep on track and not lose focus.
The Kites actor has also signed on for becoming a judge on the reality dance show Just Dance which will make him on of the few actors to work on TV shows.
