SANJAY DUTT back as BADDIE and redefines Bollywood’s villain

After playing comical roles and craving a mark in the Munnabhai Series, Sanju Baba a.k.a Sanjay Dutt is back again playing roles that made Sanjay Dutt the man he is. Yes after a long sabbatical Sanjay Dutt is all geared to play serious roles and makes his appearance as a Villain in Karan Malhotra’s Agneepath.

Already while there is a huge buzz and speculation on what Sanjay Dutt’s character as Kaancha in Agneepath is going to be like, reports are out that Sanju Baba has redefined the age-old, larger than life villains of Bollywood and his role in Agneepath is not going to get forgotten for a long long time.

Sanjay Dutt last played the role of a baddie in Khalnayak by Subhash Ghai which released in 1993 and it is almost after 19 years that he is coming back as a villain forgiving the fact that films that released between Khalnayak and soon to be released Agneepath had Sanjay Dutt playing a character with grey shades, but several of which severely bombed the exception being Musafir where he played a small cameo of sorts.

Bollywood lovers will find a new villain in Kancha and his character would bring back memories of villains like Mugambo (Amrish Puri), Shakaal (Khulbhushan Kharbanda) and Dr. Dang (Anupam Kher). He is bringing back those cold-blooded ruthless characters that would send a shiver down one’s spine and for some time now had disappeared from the film scene in Bollywood.

However Sanju Baba says that Gabbar Singh has and always been his favourite villain and he has a special attraction to that character. Amjad Khan who played the role of Gabbar in his very first film was simply outstanding adds Dutt.

Agneepath also brings back Dutt and Hrithik Roshan together after their average grosser Mission Kashmir and it will be a delight to watch whether Vijay Dina Nath Chauhan rules or the baddie Kaancha!!
