If you think you crazy things don’t happen in Bollywood, think again! A Gaddar from B- town is signing a film with a Shaitan! Don’t confuse your grey cells thinking too much! The logic is very simple. Check the cue. Our very dear Neil Nitin Mukesh, a.k.a India’s ‘Johnny Gaddar’ has signed a new project with Bejoy Nambiar, of ‘Shaitan’ fame! The film is reportedly titled ‘David’ and official announcements would be made by this week.
An actor, who in spite of having a well known legacy and an easy way into the movies, chose to branch out in Bollywood on his own accord has left everyone bamboozled today. The very famous and heir to the Mukesh khandaan, Neil Nitin Mukesh is soaring high these days. Rightly, he deserves to be so!
A big break debut with Shriram Raghavan’s ‘Johnny Gaddar’ had ensured a smooth run for the Mukesh lad post its release. He did films, some excelled, some flopped but his calm composure benefited him the most. Result? Today, he is signing up big budgeted films with the who’s who of Bollywood. Be it ‘Players’ with Abbas Mustan, ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ with Vishal Bharadwaj or Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Jail’, he has struck a cord with the industry people and the audience. And now, while the filming of ‘Shortcut Romeo’, his next film, is on, here comes big news! Bejoy Nambiar, who made the critically acclaimed ‘Shaitan’ is now casting him in the lead role for his next film, titled ‘David’. Though nothing much is known about the plot or the cast, we can surely congratulate Neil for the feats he’s achieved!
