Kareena Kapoor has never been happier than this. Her first film of the year, Bodyguard is declared a hit; her second release of the year, Ra. One, slated for a Diwali release, has been receiving good feedback for its promos; and her third release of the year Agent Vinod is special as she stars with beau, Saif Ali Khan and reportedly Kareena will be doing a mujra in the movie for the first time in her career.
As if all this wasn’t enough, Kareena has another reason to laugh out really loud. Her wax statue is ready & slated to be unveiled on October 2011. Kareena will be the fifth Bollywood Celebrity & the eight Indian to have her statue at Madame Tussauds. At 30 years of age, she is youngest of all these Bollywood celebrities to have a wax statue. Kareena’s wax statue will be placed at the Tussauds museum at Blackpool.
Though the question of what look her wax statue will sport still remains unanswered, buzz is that her Chameli look has been finalized. When quizzed about it, Kareena was tight lipped as her contract forbids her from revealing any information. What she did say was this, “It is an honor and a privilege for me to have my wax-figure at Madame Tussauds and even more so to flag off a global Bollywood exhibition”. In this global exhibition the wax figures of Bollywood celebrities will travel to six cities including London, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
That’s how she fairs internationally. Back home, Kareena Kapoor is the only actress to be featured on CNNGo’s list of “Who Mattered Most in India” and was described as “India’s Most Beautiful Woman” by People in 2010.
With future releases like Ra. One, Agent Vinod, Reema Kagti’s Untitled Project with Aamir Khan & Karan Johar’s Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu with Imran Khan in her kitty; Kareena’s career graph is at an all time high. And if her wedding rumors are to be believed, her personal life is rocking too. Wish you all the best, Bebo!!
