The reason being that Lara Dutta has come out with her second fitness DVD which is named Heal with Lara. The “Housefull” star revealed the reason for resorting to yoga along with other fitness tips here at the launch of the DVD.
According to Lara, work outs and strict diet regimens are not the only things needed to stay fit and in shape. She stressed on the various benefits of doing yoga continuously as it helps in enriching the soul by removing the stress and letting out the negative energy.
Lara aims to make workouts more fun as they might become boring for those who regularly carry them out with robotic precision. The DVD contains some of the new techniques to increase the tempo of the work out and a uniquely evolved blend of strength along with various cardio intervals.
The actress also admitted her love for junk food which she attributed to her Punjabi genes. She particularly loves pani-puri, dahi bhalle and chats.
