Mumbai: After the smashing success the Bollywood actress had with Dabangg, Sonakshi Sinha is once again being cast alongside the super star Salman Khan in the movie production ‘Kick’. From what we have been able to find out it seems that this time the debutant will be getting much more screen space. In a recent interview Sonakshi talked about the film which is a remake of a south Indian project.
This time the character played by her has a lot more to do than the prior one. “It’s a damn good role. I’m very kicked about it,” said the confident newcomer. According to her in the production called ‘Kick’ she has a lot more opportunities to prove herself than in the film ‘Dabangg’. The actress also brought up her brother Kush who apparently will be making his debut in the film industry of tinsel town, but not as an actor as you probably would have expected, but as an assistant to the director of ‘Dabangg’ none other than Abhinav Kashyap.
Kush has always wanted to direct movie production and he got the change to work with one of the most popular directors in B-town. Although Abhinav Kashyap will not be making any film soon, Kush will be assisting the director as he does a few advertisements.
As for Sonakshi, the actress feels proud to have now three back to back movies. There is the much expected ‘Kick’ with Salman Khan, ‘Vishwaroopam’ with Kamal Hassan and ‘’Rowdy Rathore’ with Akshay Kumar. Not to mention the fact that the sequel to ‘Dabangg’ is coming up real soon. It seems that producers will have to line up in order to get the newcomer to star in their productions, as Sonakshi Sinha is quite tied up for the year to come. When she talks that she has accomplished a lot, we have to say she is right.
