Blood Money Box Office Collections – Reports and Earnings

Earnings of Blood Money as of 5th April 2012 is 9.70 crores

Kunal Deshmukh’s Blood Money sees the light of day today along with another flick BUMBOO. Though the Bhatt Camp left no stone unturned to promote their venture the movie looks a bit Wishy-Washy. The reasons are quite predictable. The Bhatt Camp missed out on 2 of their most essential ingredients for success: 1) The serial Kisser Emraan Hashmi and 2) The Musical Magic of the Bhatt Camp. Now, the Bhatt’s should have never taken a chance without their magic mantra. Let’s see what the outcome of this experiment is.

Having said all this Blood Money is still expect to outlive the other release this week, i.e. BUMBOO. However, we cannot rule out the presence of the Vidya Balan starrer Kahaani which is still going strong at the Box Office and also Saif’s home production Agent Vinod which seems to be performing decently. These two are sure to have an averse effect on the box office collection of Blood Money.

The movie as we see it will not make more than a staggering 20-25 crores net in its lifetime collection worldwide. Opening day collections are expected to be around 55-60 lacks. Keep visiting for more updates.

Updates:

The movie it seems did better business than our expectations but no where close to the expectations of the producers. Blood Money made an opening day collection of about 1.75 crores. Saturday fetched a bit more with 2.05 crores and Sunday was the best so far with 2.45 crores. This is nowhere close to the figures anticipated by the producers. The total domestic box office collection of Blood Money as of its first weekend is 5.25 crores. Another 0.25 crores at the overseas box office made the films total collection till date to 5.40 crores.

The movie it seems has done better business in small towns than that of the metros. However, nothing more than a 18-20 crores of lifetime collections is expected of this flick. Let’s see if it lasts more than one week at the box office.

The movie proved to be nothing more than a flop and did a total domestic business of  9.25 crores. A mere 0.45 was collected at the overseas box office making the total global box office collections of the film 9.70 crores. The movie didn’t even last more than a week at the box office.
