Aishwarya Legally Warns UTV

Actors these days are very concerned about their public image and therefore they would want to make sure that no one really makes use of their images in any way. There are many instances when leaked images are being used on the internet as promotion for the movie and also by various artists who make use of those images to publicize their websites. It looks like Aishwarya is really concerned about the way she appears in the public and she is certainly careful about how her pictures are being used by various directors and producers across the globe.

It is already in news that Madhur Bhandarkar has replaced Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with Kareena Kapoor and Aishwarya has already returned the signing amount to the producers, but now Aishwarya has sent a legal warning to the producers that she will not tolerate if the pictures of her photo shoot get leaked out as promotional campaign for the movie. According to the legal notice Aishwarya wants to make sure that none of her photo shoot images for the movie Heroine gets out in the market or on the internet or she will ask for the damages if that happens in the future.

Aishwarya was very much keen on working on this project with Madhur for Heroine but she had to drop out of the project and Madhur quickly finalized Kareena Kapoor. However, Aishwarya had done an 8 day photo shoot which she is careful about. She has said in the notice that she would like producers and directors to take care of this and if the pictures are seen on the web or anywhere else then she will press charges for the damages. So far there is no reply from Madhur or UTV who are producing Heroine film. However, looks like there is not going to be big hue and cry here.
