Salman Khan, who is gearing up for his next big release after a year and half, has apparently zeroed on his future projects too. Already full with ‘Kick’, Suraj Brajatya’s next and ‘No Entry Mein Entry’, the muscled superstar has signed two more movies, packing his schedule further.
And as per reports, the two movies will produced by India’s premiere production house, Yash Raj Productions. Yes, YRF, whose first association with the Dabangg Khan had given them the blockbuster movie, ‘EK tha Tiger’.
While one of the two movies will apparently be sequel to the 2012 blockbuster, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, the second one will be a Shimit Amin directorial. The ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ sequel will directed by Kabir Khan, who had directed Salman in the prequel too. And details of the Shimit Amin projected has not been revealed yet. It is to be noted that Salman had turned down Shimit’s offer in the past and the movie that Shimit had offered Salman was ‘Chak De India’. Later, SRK satrred in the movie and it gained a cult status for its superb theme. Looks like Salman is not in a mood to make the same mistake.
On the other hand, YRF, who is busy giving one blockbuster after another (read ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ and recently released ‘Dhoom:3’), will make the official announcement soon, as the suggested by the buzz. They are currently celebrating the success of ‘Dhoom:3’ and promoting their next release, ‘Gunday’. Starring Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles, ‘Gunday’ will release on February 14, 2014.
