Aamir Packs a Punch for Dhoom 3 Role

Meet Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan is known for the kind of perfection that he brings into his roles with his flair for details and that is why people love him more. He is not really good at providing variety in terms of entertainment, but he is well known for changing his looks all the time. He brought up the Mohawk hairstyle in Dil Chahta Hain and then he suddenly gave people the fever for long moustache with his Mangal Pandey looks. After that we saw him in Ghajini where he was a muscular killer machine on the hunt to kill the bad guys who killed his girlfriend and in the next movie he was this sweet little engineering student in 3 Idiots.

Now, Aamir is ready to shock us once again with his next makeover which will be for Dhoom 3 which will be produced by Yash Raj Films. Dhoom 3 will be an action thriller and Aamir Khan has been casted to play the role of gymnast and martial arts expert. This means that Aamir has to once again pay some good attention to his physique for this role. Although, Aamir Khan has never personally commented on his role and neither about how he is going to do achieve that kind of body, but some of the sources close to him have commented that Aamir has been going through lot of functional training and free hand exercise because being a martial arts experts you need to have a flexible body so a Ghajini-like body is something that Aamir is not looking for.

Aamir has currently hired fitness expert Gerald Zarcilla who will also train him in gymnastics and martial arts which will help the actor to perform his role in a better way. Aamir’s former trainer Satyajit Chaurasia who helped him with his Ghajini physique said that Aamir’s dedication is commendable and that he will be able to achieve any kind of body because of the efforts that Aamir puts into his work. He also further stated that to get a flexible body like gymnasts have Aamir will have to put on a little weight and therefore Aamir is on a 12 meals per day diet along with 4 liters of water along with those functional exercises that will give Aamir’s body that flexible muscles that are required for this role. It was also found that swimming is a part of the exercise and therefore Aamir swims around an hour everyday to get that extra stamina for the role.
