‘Aarakshan’ songs have universal appeal: Jha

Mumbai: The famous filmmaker Prakash Jha is very well known for his issued based productions. About his forthcoming flick called ‘Aarakshan’ the producer has only good things to say regarding the soundtrack of the project. In his opinion, the songs are rather unique and they will definitely hit a chord with the music lovers. The soundtrack has includes four song which are the following – “Seedhe Point Pe”, “Saans Albeli”, “Mauka”, and “Roshanee” besides of course Gandhiji’s bhajan “Vaishnav Janto” and will apparently be released on Sony Music.

In a recent interview Jha told reporters that he and the entire team have worked quite a lot to make the song unique. In his opinion, the singers have done a great job and every one of them has spent a considerable amount of time on their song, so that every little detail would come out perfect. The film maker is more than sure than the soundtrack of the flick will connect with the audience, as the songs are at the same time diverse and universal in appeal.

Jha also wanted to add that he has included ‘Vaishnav Janto’ – Gandhiji’s bhajan – which fits perfect with the complex personality of character Prabhakar Anand, played in the flick by the icon actor Amitabh Bachchan. The album composed by Shankar – Ehsaan – Loy boasts of variety, as it contains romantic songs but also realistic and patriotic numbers, “it has everything” said Jha.

The well known film maker Prakash Jha also wanted to say that “Prakash Jha Productions and Sony Music are both committed to bringing entertaining and quality music to audiences worldwide.” According to the statement made by Jha, they started their collaboration with Raajneeti, and now they went further with the production Aarakshan, which has definitely cemented their ties in the film industry of tinsel town.
