More than two decades later, Sunny Deol will be back with a sequel to his blockbuster action film ‘Ghayal’. Ashwini Chaudhary will be directing the film, and Dharmendra will be the producer. The story of the film has been written by Jasvinder Singh Bath and Sachin K. Ladia.
The film will star Sunny Deol in the lead role of Ajay Mehra, and opposite him will be hot and sizzling actress Bipasha Basu. Om Puri and Prakash Raj will also be seen in ‘Ghayal Returns’. The plot of the film is not yet declared. Shooting has begun in February, 2012 and the film is expected to release in the same year.
The original film ‘Ghayal’ had won seven Filmfare awards and was remade in Tamil language also. But only time will tell if the ‘Ghayal’ Sunny Deol is actually able to ‘return’ to Bollywood or not.
