Controversies is the new mantra of movie marketing and by now most of the Indian audiences know that these fake controversies are generated just to create more hype in the market and to bring to the attention of the people that some new movies are going to be released soon. It is sometimes weird that Indian audiences still enjoy reading more about such controversies and watch the movies. If you take biographies and turn them into movie then there are some controversies that revolve around the movie because the director does make some fictional changes to the story for cinematic experience. 
The Dirty Picture is now just a month away from the release date and it has received a legal notice from the brother of Silk Smitha V Naga Vara Prasad that claims that the producers never asked for the permission from the family members and have shown Silk Smitha in an obscene manner. The Dirty Picture is the latest film that is coming from the Ekta Kapoor production house and it has been directed by Milan Luthria. The movie stars Vidya Balan as Silk and there is a lot happening around this sensuous movie.
However, it feels that the controversy is just another fake controversy which will fade away just days before the movie will release and everybody will be happy by then. Currently, Milan Luthria has decided to keep quiet and let his legal team do the talking. He said that he would not like to comment on the issue because his lawyers are going to reply to the notice sent by the brother of Silk Smitha. On the other hand, V Naga Vara Prasad has claimed that if the production house does not reply he will send another notice at the Hyderabad High Court to make sure justice is served.
