The stars seem to be on a high for the Bollywood star Salman Khan. After giving back to back blockbusters like ‘Wanted’, ‘Dabang’, ‘Ready’ and ‘Bodyguard’ Salman seems all set for a grand opening to his latest endeavour ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. After watching all the recent flicks of the Khan all one can expect of the movie is mindless fun.
‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is again a typical Salman Khan movie and is supposed to sweep the hardcore fans off their feet. Based on a story by Aditya Chopra, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has its screen play and dialogues from Kabir Khan and Neelesh Mishra.
Sources close to the star claim that Salman played the usual Good Samaritan in obliging to a small request by Aamir Khan. Can you imagine Salman postponed the release of his upcoming movie just to keep the request of Aamir? Now that’s the Salman we all know – playing the good old man again!
The bolly flick which stars Slaman and his ex-flame the gorgeous Katrina Kaif in leading roles is now expected to be released during the holf festival of Eid next year. The original scheduled date was June 1, 2012.
Aamir is releasing his next film, one which is directed by Reema Kagti on June 1st next year and hence requested Salman and the producer Aditya Chopra to delay the release of ‘Ek Tha Tiger.’ Now we know no one in their right state of mind wants to mess with a Salman starrer release.
Sources said that it is only coz of the mutual respect and close relationship between Aamir and Salman that both Aditya and Salman happily obliged the request of Mr. Perfectionish Aamir Khan. A Yash Raj Films issued statement clarified the same.
The director of photography for this film is Aseem Mishra who has also worked with Kabir Khan in the film New York. Music composed is of Suhail Sen. Currently being shot in Dublin, the cast and crew of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ are supposed to be moving to Turkey for their next schedule.
For Salman Khan Fans you will have to wait a little longer to see your star back in action once again. And from the success streak that Salman has maintained in the past few years there is no saying that the wait will be worth its while.
