This romantic flick has been directed by Mandeep Kumar and produced by Kumar S. Turani in association with Siddharth Roy Kapur. Tips Industries join hands with UTV Motion Pictures in producing and distributing the film that has music by Sachin-Jigar and lyrics written by Matur Puri and Priya Panchal. The movie is slated for release in 24th February 2012 all over.
Piya O Re Piya [Atif Aslam and Shreya Ghoshal]
The romantic duet starts with the gorgeous vocals of Shreya Ghoshal who really injects the sugary pleasures into the souls. She is simply breath-arresting. Atif Aslam then begins with his part and displays his usual histrionics. In between the song, when he comes into his usual high-pitched style that is classically soul-dragging. The lyrics are romantically classy. The rhythmical music is well composed. The song deserves to be heard again.
Jeene De [Mohit Chauhan]
Mohit Chauhan is brilliant. The entire world knows this fact and since he fetches awards for his performances, this also puts a stamp on his skills. The instruments in the background are well arranged like jhankar and dholak stick out the most. The chorus too gels well. This appears to be a situational track. Well written and supremely composed, Jeene De is a classy in every sense of the word.
Pee Pa Pee Pa [Diljit Dosanjh and Priya Panchal]
Next comes a Punjabi folk song sung by Diljit Dosanjh and Priya Panchal. Both the singers get you bored with the rendition. Although these kinds of song often raise the spirits but this one disappoints from all respects. The chorus in the background is mundane. Lyrics are below average and the same goes for the composition.
Tu Mohabbat Hai [Atif Aslam, Monali Thakur and Priya Panchal]
The trio of Atif Aslam, Monali Thakur and Priya Panchal sings Tu Mohabbat Hai. The singers justify their renditions and you get allured by the classy throw of the vocals but what the singers can do when the lyrics and the music do not compliment them? Well, the song is lyrically and musically average.
Fann Ban Gayi [Sunidhi Chauhan and Kailash Kher]
This one has been targeted as a fun track but is really displeasing from all angles. The singing by Sunidhi Chauhan and Kailash Kher is really bad. The instruments’ arrangement is pleasure-spoiling. Lyrics do not hold any values and music is poor. Skip it.
Piya O Re Piya (Sad) [Atif Aslam and Priya Panchal]
The sad version of Piya O Re Piya follows next on the album cover. This time, Priya Panchal replaces Shreya Ghoshal and sings the song with Atif Aslam. Both penetrate into the singing luminously by letting the listeners extract the real joys out of this sad version. The poetry is apt as per the sad mood of the track. Music is well scored. Not that of the standards of the original, but it lies somewhere near to it.
Piya O Re Piya (Remix By DJ Suketu) [Atif Aslam and Shreya Ghoshal]
The remix version is really energetic and both Atif and Shreya entice the souls. DJ Suketu allures the souls with his brilliant remix.
Tu Mohabbat Hai (Remix By DJ Suketu) [Atif Aslam and Monali]
The remix version of Tu Mohabbat Hai arranged by DJ Suketu too is displeasing and you will not give it a full hearing.
Jeene De (Coffee House Version) [Mohit Chauhan]
Well, the original song earlier took your souls to the heights of pleasures and this time with the Coffee House Version, you will continue flying in the air. Go for it.
Pee Pa Desi Mix (Remix By VIP Records) [Diljit Dosanjh and Priya]
Like the original version, Desi Mix arranged by VIP Records is the one you instantly should press the forward button if you do not want to spoil the pleasures you got from the previous Mohit Chauhan’s song.
Fann Ban Gayi (Remix By Vip Records) [Sunidhi and Kailash Kher]
The concluding number of the album is the remix version of Fann Ban Gayi. In a nutshell, this is an boring as was the original. Why to stay with it? Skip it at once.
On the whole, the album of Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya is average. Some of the tracks are simply awesome and mellifluous but the rest of the album is disappointing.
