Ali Zafar says don’t judge Pakistan through Veena Malik’s actions

Mumbai: Ali Zafar, the famed singer turned actor of Pakistan who is making cinematic career in India, has said in an interview that one should not judge Pakistan through Veena Malik or whatever she does in India? He was talking to a news agency and he also mentioned that even Pakistan should not be judged through him.

Veena, who loves controversies, has spoiled the image of Pakistan in India and across the globe. Zafar goes on saying that it would be really unfair if Pakistan is judged on the basis of Veena’s wrong-doings. The singer-actor then said that you had to be aware that she was an individual thus whole country should never be seen through her actions at all. He mentioned that whatever she did was her own behavior and actions, the country was not responsible for.

He pinpointed that the celebrities like Veena Malik existed in every entertainment industry – they could be in Bollywood and even in Hollywood.

Veena Malik shot to fame with her link up with Pakistani banned fast bowler Muhammad Asif. Then she gained popularity in India after her affair and steamy scenes in Bigg Boss. Then controversies emerged when she went nude for FHM India. Her disappearance from the sets of Mumbai 125 kilometers made her extra popular. Now all these controversies have made her known in India and Pakistan.

Ali Zafar says that he is careful and will be always doing things so that he cannot spoil his country’s image in world’s eyes.  He goes on saying that he pays taxes and is always be careful to maintain his paper work. He utters that he does not want to be netted into controversies. Zafar says that he always does the things carefully since he does not want to hurt the people in Pakistan.

He adds that controversies do puts you to heights quickly but in the long run, they are really harmful for one’s career. Ali Zafar made his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Tere Bin Laden’ and then did Yash Raj’s Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and now he is doing London Paris New York.
