Karishma Kapoor says priorities always work better

Mumbai: Karishma Kapoor, the gorgeous and stunning babe of Hindi cinema abode who once ruled the scene with her sex appeal and talented acting, is returning to Bollywood again with oomph and conviction in Vikram Bhatt’s 3D film Dangerous Ishq. Karishma had left the movies post her marriage to a Delhi based businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003. The break oozed out and she was away from the cinematic works but she says that it is always good to get time for your family and kids.

She chips in that she is happy that she gave deserve time to her kids who are now big enough to be left back home. Thus she has decided to slip into the movies’ scene once again after long hiatus of nine years. In between Karishma tried her hand with a film ‘Mere Jeevan Saathi’ opposite Akshay Kumar in 2006 but the film bombed at the box office. She also did some reality shows and ads. But now she is returning full-fledged as an actress and all entertainment works.

Karishma Kapoor says that now her daughter is school going so she can easily get time out. She is of the view that if one works in moderation and prioritizes the things in life, it is always good and you are active. She has two kids – one daughter named Samaira and a son named Kiaan.

Talking about her younger sister Kareena Kapoor’s comment that Raj Kapoor was biased towards Karishma, she said that Kareena meant it in a nicer manner. She added that she was the first grandchild and then there happened a bit of gap and then things got smooth for other grandchildren – Kareena, Ranbir and Riddhima.

In Bhatt’s Dangerous Ishq, Karishma is playing the role of a supermodel and the film also stars the model-actor Rajnesh Duggal opposite her. The movie is scheduled to hit the theaters in May next month.
