Mumbai: Vijay Mallya has, on the behalf of his airlines company Kingfisher Airlines (KFA), apolozised through popular social network to actor Ayesha Takia’s sister for the inconvenience caused to her during her journey. Natasha Takia was traveling from Delhi to Mumbai.
Mallya personally tweeted stating his personal apologies to Natasha Takia (Ayesha Takia’s sister). He also apologized for the disappointment Natasha faced with the services of the airlines. He said he will have her allegations investigated fully. In reply to the response from Vijay Mallya, actor Ayesha Takia replied that she appreciates the response and that she hopes that the matter will be looked into seriously and will be duly dealt with.
It was on Monday that Ayesha Takia had tweeted about the incident stating that the boarding pass of her sister was torn by a kingfisher airline staffer. This tweet of the actress was then retweeted to Vijay Mallya’s son Sidharth Mallya who reacted to this and responded to it in a sarcastic manner. He tweeted about getting retweets about Ayesha Takia and KFA (Kingfisher Airlines). He also said that he is not too sure about who Ayesha Takia is and added a question in his tweet that goes ‘an actor of some sort?’.
This kind of response was enough to trigger anger in Ayesha who replied through the same social networking site that she will rant Sidharth Mallya and asked what will he do. She added with a hint of humiliation that this was his way of dealing with hospitality business. After a humiliating ‘wow’ for Sidharth Mallya and his way of response she continued saying that he should learn some manners and respect.
Vijay Mallya’s tweet has calmed the matter though. All these mess grew up from the incident that happened to Natasha Takia while traveling in the Kingfisher Airlines.
