Mumbai: Famed television personality Manish Naggdev now has another feather to this success cap – yes, the guy has launched a food joint called ‘Oye’ in Mumbai. It is a unique kind of eatery which was not seen before in the city of dreams. Naggdev came up with the brilliant idea which will surely bring in good amount of customers to his place.
Manish is currently working in the popular TV show ‘Madhubala’ being aired on Colors. He is essaying the role of Mukund Dixit in the show. Manish came up with an altogether a new and unique idea for an eatery in town where the people come and enjoy with floats, noodles and stuff like that under one roof. He gave it the name ‘Oye’, which is surely much appealing and attention-grabbing.
When asked about it, the actor replies that he always wanted to launch something of this kind and his own brand which would be something of his own. . He adds that the idea of serving various kinds of Maggis popped up in his mind and he simply jumped to it. Manish then says that he is sure that no one has come up with this kind of idea in Mumbai before. His Oye is unique in all manners.
At other places and almost at every mall in Mumbai, people can find pizzas, burgers, momos, sev puris and the likes. Thus Manish thought of launching something which no one has done before in the city. Therefore he came up with Oye presenting the food lovers the Maggis of various kinds under one roof.
The idea of Maggis hit his mind when he saw the kids getting really crazy for it. This food is what both kids and adults would love to eat, thus Manish Naggdev decided to launch the place and eventually did it.
At Oye, the people are served with flavored sodas, maggis, softies and the stuff like this.
Manish reveals that he is from a business family and a Sindhi. Acting is in his nerves and business in his blood.
The launch of Oye took place on 24th August in Malad (West) near Dalmia College.The celebs who graced the event included Divyanka Tripathi, Gaurav S. Bajaj, Sharad Malhotra, Richa Soni, Aastha Chaudhary, Abhinav Shukla, Singh, Pooja Pihal, Neha Desae, Munisha Khatwani, Ajay Chaudhary and Naman Shaw.
