Mumbai: The latest about the milky and gorgeous babe of Bollywood who has vanished away from the scene, Manisha Koirala is that she is making her comeback to the filmdom. Koirala’s acting skills are still acknowledged and were adored till the time she stayed on the film’s scene. She is a marvelous actress – there is absolutely no doubt about it. Manisha is still known for her blockbuster movies such as Saudagar, 1942: A Love Story, Bombay and Dil Se.
When asked about the films, she signed for her comeback, she said that she would make the announcement later as she did not know when her directors or producer would declare them in media. But she nonetheless revealed that she signed three films so far. Manisha said that she was going to meet more filmmakers to okay the script. She depicted she had many offers in hands but was considering carefully which to choose from.
She says that this year (2012) she will be enacting the films and next year (2013) would be her actually comeback as they are released at that time. This Nepali ravishing beauty had made her Bollywood debut with Subhash Ghai’s superhit Saudagar in 1991. The film had ignited the box office and masses simply loved this romantic and emotional saga that also starred the legendary icons of Hindi cinema Dilip Kumar and late Raj Kumar. The songs of the movie too got super popular and were hummable. ‘Imli Ka Bota’ was the pick of the lot.
After giving many successful hits in her career, Manisha, 42, then was featured in low budgeted films later in her career as Paisa Vasool (2004) and Sirf (2008) apart from other box office duds. Recently there were reports that Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming film ‘Herone’ starring Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal is based on the life of Manisha Koirala. Madhur however denies it but when asked Manisha, she says he knows her better to make a film on.
