OMG celebrates 50th day celebrations – Akshay Kumar invited as Chief guest at IFFI 2012

Mumbai: Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal starrer OMG – Oh My God has been on way to generate much oomph among the moviegoers. The film has been running brilliantly producing good bucks at the box office. The film is the fisrt venture of the Bollywood veteran actor Paresh Rawal’s Playtime Creations which he co-produced with Viacom 18 and Grazing Goat. The film has celebrated the 50th Day since its release. On Saturday, 17th November, the movie celebrated its 50th day celebrations.

OMG was released with good positive reviews by the film critics and it not only impressed the film pundits but also the moviegoers who have been giving it their liking. The film is called the best movie of the year. The performances of Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar were loved by the audiences and the critics. OMG is based on a Hindi play ‘Kishen vs. Kanaiya that was also the production of Playtime Creation. Oh My God is a complete entertainment package that was really awesome.

With its power-packed script, good performances and luminous execution, the film is still on way to churn out business at the box office.

On the contrary, we have learnt that the Bollywood superstar and macho man Akshay Kumar will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony of the upcoming film extravaganza, IFFI 2012. The reports suggest and reveal that at the 43rd International Film Festival of India, which is all geared up to kick start on 20th November, Akshay Kumar has been invited over to be the chief guest of the event. Along with him, Anish Tiwari (Minister for Information & Broadcasting), Chief Minister of Goa and Minister of Culture for Republic of Poland will also be present at the occasion. The festival will start on 20th and last till 30th November.
