Oprah Winfrey to come to India for interviewing Bollywood celebs

California: Oprah Winfrey, the internationally famed U.S TV host who is also known to be the highest paid television personality, is now geared up to hit the Indian terra firma. Bollywood is what industry the whole world in particular Hollywood has been eying on now a lot to make collaborations with and all that. Previously it was the Bollywood celebs and the production houses who were keen to work with the counterparts and now the table has turned all over making Hollywood to focus on Bollywood now. The fact remains that now both the industries rely on each other a lot and they have to make collaborations in order to sail through the waves of utmost success.

Recently we have witnessed many Hollywood stars who came to India for various reasons such as pop icon Lady Gaga, Hollywood mega star Tom Cruise, Hugh Jackman, famed socialite Paris Hilton, rapper Pittbull, sexy singer-songwriter Shakira and singer Akon. All showed their interest working with Bollywood and some of them even performed there.

Oprah, the TV tycoon and talk show queen, is coming to India for the first time and she will be landing in there next month. Her purpose of visit is undoubtedly professional since she is to shoot for her new show to be aired on Oprah Winfrey Network.

Winfrey herself confirms the visit saying that she is certainly coming to India next month and it will be her first ever visit to the country. In January, she would be shooting in Africa and then by the end of the month or probably by the beginning of next month, she will arrive in India.

For the ‘Next Chapter’ is the new series of her network for which she has been making the world tour interviewing the celebs, new makers and the prominent personalities of the particular place. The reports say that she would be visiting Mumbai and Jaipur. Oprah Winfrey, 57, has big fan following across the globe and her show is much watched by the international audience.
