Mumbai: Tusshar Kapoor has said that children should stay away from his upcoming sex comedy ‘Kya Super Kool Hain Hum’. He mentions that it is a straight ‘no-no’ for the kids. He then adds that the teenagers must watch it as the film has been targeted to them and other age groups. Talking about the movie’s getting the A-certificate, Kapoor says that this will not at all affect the film’s business at the box office.
When asked about the sexual innuendoes and jokes used in the narrative of the movie, he responds that the genre has now become trendy and cool. The movie stars Tusshar Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Neha Sharma and Sarah Jane Dias in main leads. It has been directed by Sachin Yardi. Tusshar reveals that by the time, Kya Kool Hain Hum became superhit, he thought it would have been a much bigger success if the families had watched it. He tells that but almost all people nonetheless watched it – ladies went their husbands and beaus, male went with wives and girlfriends though they all could not go to watch with their families. He says that today the scene is changed now. Both the movies have been produced by Ekta Kapoor.
The film is going to be released after the long hiatus of 7 years as the original was released back in 2005. The excited Tusshar says that we happen to be much lucky that no movie of this kind came in between. He goes on saying that Gomaals and Housefulls came in but they carried the different style of comedy. Kyaa Kool is an adult comedy.
The gap, he tells, came because of Sangeeth who wanted to make other genres of movies. Thus he went for making action and thrillers. Then he came up with a script titled ‘Road Trip to Anjuna’ and we got impressed and Ekta planned to convert the narrative into ‘Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum’.
