Earlier we heard that Veena Malik filed the lawsuit against FHM India, the chief editor and the photographer of the magazine for her fake nude photo shoot they published in their December 2011 issue. Malik demanded Rs. 10 crores as damages from the magazine. Now another twist in the tale emerged. The magazine itself has sued the actress in their legal reply to her lawsuit claiming for the payment of Rs. 250 million as damages.
FHM India has sued Malik with its 11 pages legal document and maintaining the stance that the pictures of the actress have not been doctored at all rather they are real. The magazine, in its documents, also claims that it was Veena Malik herself who even convinced the magazine to go for this nude photo shoot.
The legal documents say that Malik persuaded the magazine authorities to arrange this photo shoot and the visual shoots. Thus all was carried out by the consent of the actress.
The documents further reveal that Veena sent the magazine her pictures in bikinis to show that her body was simply perfect for this bold photo shoot, which was then planned and done after her consent and agreement.
The attorneys of the magazine demands Rs. 250 million as damages in addition to the apology from Malik for making the false claims of morphed pictures during her press meet with the reporters.
Veena Malik, since the outset, has been maintaining her stance of not posing nude for the photo shoot and her legal documents say that the pictures got doctored whereas the magazine’s editor and the photographer are of the strong view that she is lying and they have the proofs to show.
Veena Malik’s father has too dishonored her after the nude photo shoot came into public. The massive outrage took place in Pakistan post her bold photo shoot published in FHM India.
