Bala, the coveted director of the south movies, has been working on his project titled ‘Erivum Thanal’ and the shooting for the flick will start from 15th of December. Atharva is to essay the main role in the movie. The little birdie reports that the director has fetched in more than 200 junior artists for the venture and got all of them shave their heads turning bald.
The film’s shooting has been scheduled for two hundred days and Bala wants all these 200 artists to remain bald throughout the shooting of the movie since this appears to be the requirement of the film. Well, it certainly will look amusing seeing the 200 bald heads for 200 days’ shooting.
On the other hand, it was learnt that Saravanan, the famed director who debuted into the industry with the flick, ‘Engeyum Eppodhum’, has been conferred with the distinctive award to be presented by the Human Rights Organization. Since Saravanan had churned out the flick with an utter social message, as it is needed widely in today’s scenario, the organization zeroed in the director for this distinction.
On December 18th, the director would be bestowed with the award at a giant function to be organized by the Human Right Organization in Paramakudi. It is being reported that more than 3 lakhs members of the organization will be there to attend the function where Saravanan gets awarded.
The director is also all set to make his new venture which will feature Arya in the main character. GV Prakash has been roped in to score the music whereas Nirav Shah will be the cinematographer. In February next year, this film will commence the shooting.
The director is pretty excited after learning that he has been chosen for the distinction by the Human Rights Organization and he is looking forward to receiving the award.
