Puja Gupta is an Indian model tuned actress who basically belongs to New Delhi. Puja Gupta first came into limelight when she won the Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe in the year 2007. She then later on went to Mexico to participate in the Miss Universe 2007 contest in which she finished at the 9th spot. After which she was involved in many other social activities organized by the Miss Universe Organization during which she worked on spreading Aids awareness all around the world with names like Bono and Ashley Judd along her side. She even went on to encourage tourism in Germany as an Indian ambassador and did several other activities as the ambassador of India.
Puja Gupta is very spontaneous and fun loving and she has been formally trained in martial arts. Puja is even fond of stuffs like drawing, writing, traveling, horse riding and yoga which she doe on a regular basis. From being a model she switched over to being an actress because she always wanted to be a Bollywood actress. Puja Gupta made her Bollywood debut in the year 2011 in the film ‘F.A.L.T.U’. Puja played the lead role in this film opposite Jackie Baggnani. Her character was that of a college student in the movie. The movie was a commercial success and did well at the box office.
